John, Last week was a disaster for Lauren Boebert. First, FEC filings found that she had misused campaign funds, something completely unsurprising to anyone who has been paying attention to her adventures, and, second, she enormously blundered a campaign memo. Last Tuesday, the Boebert campaign submitted their quarterly FEC report, which happened to show that Boebert had spent almost $7,000 of campaign funds on personal use, violating campaign finance laws. These payments were noted as being used for rent and utilities, and were said to be reimbursed. On Friday, the Boebert campaign sent out a memo calling to impeach President Biden. However, in a large image in the body of the release, she didn't call to impeach Biden, but to "imeach" him. Mistake after mistake, it seems Boebert is getting more and more careless. She is putting more energy into tweeting misinformation about the pandemic and the presidency than she is putting into managing her own campaign. If she isn't responsible enough to keep her finances or press releases in check, how can she be trusted to govern our country? We need congressmembers that are rigorous and thorough at all times, in all aspects of their job. Boebert needs to go — and soon. We need all the help we can get to take down Boebert and those like her. Can you assist us in putting responsible, thorough progressives into her seat?
