At NextGen, today is our favorite holiday! 

Today, September 28, marks National Voter Registration Day. Since 2013, NextGen has registered more than 1.4 million young voters, so it’s no surprise that National Voter Registration Day is a pretty big deal over here. 

We’re working to make sure every young person has the resources to participate in upcoming elections, but we can’t do it without you.

Act now: Check that your voter registration information is up to date or register to vote if you haven’t yet! 

We know that the youth vote will shape our democracy’s future, and that starts with making sure all young people have the support they need to exercise their fundamental right at the ballot box.

As we’ve seen with voter suppression schemes across the country, many lawmakers would rather silence us than earn our votes. But we’re not going to let them intimidate us — we’re going to fight to register every single eligible voter in this country.
