Justice Democrats

John,

On Thursday, all campaigns will be required to submit their Quarter 3 fundraising to the Federal Elections Commission. When fundraising numbers go public, you won’t see the Justice Democrats’ slate members Rana Abdelhamid, Kina Collins, Odessa Kelly, and Jessica Cisneros getting big bucks from the ultrawealthy or corporate PACs. But their fundraising numbers will be used to test the viability of their campaigns and the strength of our movement.

Rana, Kina, Odessa, and Jessica are all primarying entrenched incumbents, who have spent their time in Congress representing the interests of corporations — and not the people. But as working-class candidates, they need our support to help get them to Congress.

We did the math and we need to raise $20,000 each for Rana, Kina, Odessa, and Jessica by September 30 in order to have the money needed to fuel their organizing efforts through the end of the year. Will you split a contribution between Rana, Kina, Odessa, and Jessica to get them to their goals?

Our coalition in Congress is growing stronger, John. The Squad and other Justice Democrats in Congress have forced the public, media, and political establishment to pay attention to the calls of progressives everywhere. We know that the key to progress is electing more members of Congress like them.

We’re counting on you to help us build a movement that can defeat the political establishment, win even more primaries, and expand the Squad in Congress. Will you split a direct contribution between Rana Abdelhamid, Kina Collins, Odessa Kelly, and Jessica Cisneros to help them reach their end-of-quarter goals?

At this moment, every dollar counts and brings us closer to Rana, Kina, Odessa, and Jessica’s shared vision for equity and justice for all.

In solidarity,

Justice Democrats
