The COVID-19 pandemic hasn't made political divisions deeper -- we'd be kidding ourselves if we didn't acknowledge they've always been there. But it sure has exposed our governor for what type of leader she is, and it's increased the urgency for us to replace her. The health and safety of Iowans, not to mention our economic recovery, depend on it.

The election may not be until next year, but it'll be here before you know it. No one wants to wake up on November 8th, and regret not doing more.

Every single deadline we have between now and then determines whether or not we're able to build a movement strong enough to take back this state and restore real Iowa leadership and values at the top. No one person can do that alone, which is why I'm asking:

I'm talking to a LOT of people on the campaign trail and right now, most are fed up with Kim Reynolds. They want to see some common decency and respect from their leaders, not more political pandering to the far-right.

Our challenge is that most voters don't know about the work I've done in the state legislature, and my ability to connect with Iowans from all walks of life.
