John, I just read this piece from The Hill, and I think you should see it:

“Without drastic changes, Democrats are on track to lose big in 2022”

I do not wish to alarm you, but the reality is that we are likely to lose our House and Senate majorities very soon.

Polls are showing Democrats losing ground in key swing states and anti-mask Republicans breaking fundraising records. Not to mention that in 18 of the last 20 midterm elections, the President’s party has lost seats in Congress. Neither history or today’s data are on our side.

Currently, with a House majority of only eight seats and a 50-50 split in the Senate, our margin for error is razor-thin.

I am sure you remember how hard we worked to elect Senators Warnock and Ossoff, the crucial two votes to secure a Democratic majority. But now, one slip could make all of that hard work for nothing.

My heart is breaking, John. We cannot let this happen.

Please, if you are able, rush a contribution and put us back on track. With the FEC end-of-quarter deadline only three days away, now is one of our final opportunities to about-face and protect our fragile Democratic majorities.
