[1]Women's March

There’s still time to join,
John.

We were looking through our records and saw that you haven’t RSVP’d yet to
attend the Washington D.C. Rally for Abortion Justice on October 2.

In just 5 days, thousands of people will take to the streets in Washington
D.C. and all 50 states to rally for abortion justice. We already have 623
marches (and counting!) being planned across the country!

[ [link removed] ]Will you RSVP right now for the Washington D.C. rally on our event
page? If you and 2,000 more people sign up today this will officially be
our biggest mobilization yet.

RSVP NOW →

Here are some important details to know for October 2 if you plan on
joining us in Washington D.C.:

* We’re meeting at Freedom Plaza at 11:00 AM. (1455 Pennsylvania Ave NW,
Washington, D.C. 20004)
* The rally will begin at 12 PM.
* The march will kickoff at 1:30 PM. The route is as follows and
pictured below:

States

Earlier this month, news broke that the Supreme Court rejected an
emergency request to block Texas’ six-week abortion ban and effectively
took the next step in dismantling the rights enshrined to us through Roe
v. Wade.

From local abortion bans being passed in states like Texas and
Mississippi, to the highest court in our land refusing to defend our
constitutional rights — we are witnessing the most direct and dire threats
to our reproductive health in our lifetimes.

That’s why it’s critical we respond ASAP with the full-force of our
grassroots movement — especially marchers in Washington D.C. — to defend
our reproductive rights. To match the urgency of this moment, we need this
to be our biggest mobilization yet and make sure we have record numbers of
marchers on Saturday.

[ [link removed] ]Will you RSVP for the Washington D.C. rally so that organizers can
share details about what to expect on Saturday? It’s important for us to
collect this information so that we’re prepared to march and keep everyone
safe.

Let’s do this,

Women’s March

P.S. We’re still looking for more volunteers to help us run a powerful,
safe, and accessible march in Washington D.C. If you’re interested in
helping out on one of our volunteer teams (Accessibility, Marshal,
De-escalation, Support, or Wayfinders), [ [link removed] ]please let us know here by
filling out this form! All are welcome and no experience necessary — we'll
have required trainings ahead of Saturday's big day.
