![]() Team— WE HAVE 3 DAYS LEFT TO MEET OUR GOAL Emily's re-election presents us with a choice.
Emily: A champion for universal healthcare, for reproductive rights, for equitable health care no matter a patient's zip code or skin color. A proven legislator who, in her first 3 sessions, has delivered on promises, truly expanding care and coverage for Washingtonians — including leading the two year effort to expand post-partum Medicaid to knew moms & birthing parents from 60 days to a full year. A leader who has been recognized by community, statewide, and national organizations as a fresh new policymaker we can count on.
or, the other guy: An enemy of consent-based, LGBTQ-inclusive comprehensive sexual health education, hell-bent on banning abortion and marginalizing our LGBTQ neighbors. A right-wing zealot who's currently leading a statewide anti-public health campaign, closely affiliated with his church, to educate followers to use the religious exemption to avoid vaccines.
We can stand together to declare healthcare access should be a right rather than a privilege, that we’ll fight for reproductive justice, and that we believe in science and public health — not extremist propaganda.
The good news: We hit our goal of connecting with 100 donors in September!
The bad news: The Republicans are outpacing us, so we need to work even harder.
Hoping you'll stand with us, ![]()
