The spread of disinformation to American voters is a direct threat to our democracy -- but instead of taking action to protect the public, Zuckerberg’s meeting with Donald Trump in the Oval Office and hosting dinners with politicians like Lindsey Graham and rightwing Fox News pundits.

Facebook is giving right-wing politicians a greenlight to lie to the American people to help its bottom line.

It’s unacceptable that Facebook will fact check what you share with your friends, but not what Donald Trump and Republicans pay to show to millions of voters.

Zuckerberg won’t let everyday Americans abuse his platform, but he’s fine with letting our elected officials spread lies and propaganda if it means they’ll keep writing him checks.

Russian bots aren’t the only threat to our elections in 2020.
