Hey Friend,
There are a lot of unknowns as we head back to school during a pandemic but one thing is for sure: we all need reliable, high-speed Internet.
The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) can help make monthly Internet bills more affordable.
Starting today, MediaJustice is co-hosting “Back to School & Connected,” a week of action to help spread the word about this important program. Will you join us?
We need trusted friends like you to make sure all eligible households are aware of the EBB program and how to sign up for the program.
Here are some actions you can take to participate between Monday, September 27 – Friday, October 1.

All week, we're joining Asian Americans Advancing Justice (AAJC), American Indian Policy Institute at Arizona State University, The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, Next Century Cities, National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA), and National Hispanic Media Coalition (NHMC) in hosting workshops, activities, and outreach/engagement opportunities across the country.
The Internet isn't just an essential utility, it allows us to enter a world beyond where we currently exist.
Join us in making sure all eligible households have access—participation can look like anything that makes sense for you, your networks, and your community.
In solidarity,
Brandon Forester
