Dear John, As of Friday, September 24th, over 300 American businesses signed on to our campaign in support of President Biden’s Build Back Better plan (see our media release), which combines concrete actions to mitigate against climate change and rebuild our economy with the means to pay for those actions. Everywhere, American businesses and communities are threatened, whether we are underwater in New Jersey or New Orleans, burning in the West or experiencing weather disasters destroying Midwest and Southern farms. This may be our last moment to reverse the worst consequences. We can’t afford to wait, and we can’t afford half measures.
