The app is designed to encourage carbon reduction behaviours through a reward (voucher) scheme. Launch of the app is planned for October 2021, just ahead of COP26.
City residents will be able to use the app to earn points (vouchers) by completing a number of environmentally friendly challenges.?The app encourages behaviour changes across six themes and challenges:

Executing strategies and delivering results
Tuesday 5 October from 9:30am to 4:30pm
Does your approach to strategic thinking measure up and are your results what you expect?
If you?re at all unsure, this workshop will explain how you can approach strategic thinking straightforwardly and help you create and execute your business plans effectively.
The workshop will introduce participants to a full process from initial strategic thinking through to executable plan. This is designed to provide a framework for a business to implement over time.
A lightning talk is a short talk, under five minutes on whatever subject you wish to speak about (Code of Conduct permitting!). At the start of the session the audience has time to write their talk title on a virtual post-it and those talks make up our evening. If there are too many talks to fit in to the evening, we'll vote on our favourites.
For the audience?it's a rapid-fire session where you'll learn loads and gain unique insight into the thoughts, ideas and passions of your peers.
For speakers?it's a unique opportunity to speak your mind, try out a talk idea and boost your confidence in front of a friendly crowd. Since the talks are short, the pressure to prep and polish is low and you can focus on key ideas you want to share.
AEO status is an internationally?recognised?quality mark indicating that your role as a business in the international supply chain is secure, and that your customs controls and procedures are efficient and compliant.?
It isn?t mandatory, but it gives quicker access to certain simplified customs procedures and in some cases the right to ?fast-track? your shipments through some customs and safety and security procedures.?
As Brexit leads us into uncertain times, one area of international trade that will not change when we leave the EU is the issue of customs compliance and safety and security in the supply chain. AEO status is viewed as a likely facilitator for any of the possible Brexit outcomes.?
