This month, Justice Amy Coney Barrett tried to claim the Supreme Court isn’t partisan … while standing next to Mitch McConnell, at the University of Louisville’s Mitch McConnell Center.
You can’t make this up.
Republicans stole a partisan, extremist majority on the Supreme Court. We need to un-rig the courts by passing the Judiciary Act, which will add 4 seats to SCOTUS.
SCOTUS has repeatedly used a secretive "shadow docket", ruling on cases without oral arguments or signed opinions.
From upholding a near-total ban on abortion in Texas to ending a moratorium on evictions during a deadly pandemic, the partisan court is attacking basic human rights with no transparency in the dead of night.
We’re fighting to restore transparency and re-balance our nation’s highest court.
