John,
Every day, we see escalating attacks on science and facts, we see politicians in Washington politicizing basic medical care — and dangerous restrictions on health care providers’ ability to care for their patients.
Now that Texas has effectively banned abortions before many people know they are pregnant, providers can be sued for performing an abortion or simply providing sound, basic medical advice to patients considering one. A Texas abortion provider who bravely acted in defiance of the outrageous law is already facing multiple lawsuits.
It’s clear: It is more critical than ever that we send a physician to the U.S. Senate who can go toe-to-toe with those who’ve set out to undermine science, and who will fight to expand access to quality, affordable health care. And I have the determination and unique record of accomplishment to get the job done — but I’m counting on your help to get there.
John, will you contribute to my campaign ahead of our critical end-of-quarter deadline? I’m ready to keep fighting for a healthy Pennsylvania and America as the first woman physician ever elected to the U.S. Senate.

As president of the National Physicians Alliance, I helped push for the passage of the Affordable Care Act, which has helped millions of people access health care coverage — but we can’t stop there.
We must do more to expand access to quality, affordable health care, and we can start by creating a public option in our health care marketplace and lowering the Medicare eligibility age.
With prescription drug prices still prohibitively high, we need to bring down costs, starting with allowing Medicare to negotiate directly with drug companies -- because no one should have to choose between the lifesaving medicine they need and paying their rent.
The hard truth is that our health care system doesn’t treat all patients equally, and I’m committed to addressing the disparities that impact Black and Brown Pennsylvanians and Americans. Tackling these disparities requires work both in our communities and in our caregiving and health care systems.
And, of course, we urgently need to codify Roe v. Wade and expand access to both abortion care and the full range of contraception, without cost.
Can you help me deliver lasting progress on health care by chipping in right now, before this quarter’s upcoming deadline? Any amount will make a real difference.
