A Texas-style abortion bill has been filed this week in the Florida Legislature. This bill allows for prosecution against anyone assisting an individual in obtaining an abortion.
The Broward Democratic Party stands in solidarity with all women in the State of Florida and organizations such as Ruth's List and Planned Parenthood in the fight for healthcare and reproductive freedom.
