There’s only five end-of-quarter deadlines between now and Alexandria’s re-election next year. One of those five deadlines is just four days away.
At each of these milestones, our campaign submits everything we’ve raised to the Federal Election Commission for the public to see. Our fundraising strength in each of these reports is how our opponents, reporters, and even members of our own party judge the momentum of our movement for bold, transformative change.
We’ve looked at the numbers, and we need to raise $1.7 million for the quarter to stay on track and prepare for what we know will be an extremely expensive race to keep Alexandria in Congress. Whoever wins the Republican primary will have the full support of the GOP, special interests, and corporate PACs bankrolling their campaign.

This report is not only a signal of our movement’s strength – it could also determine what our race looks like in 2022. The truth is that some prospective candidates are deciding right now whether it's worth jumping into the race to challenge Alexandria in 2022.
These potential opponents will be looking at this report to decide whether they have a shot – and the stronger our report is, the more likely we can thin out the field.
Our opponents are looking for any vulnerabilities in our campaign. If we can show a surge in grassroots donations of $5, $15, or $50 from grassroots supporters across the country – it speaks volumes.
