Team,
This morning Mayor Craig and I went head to head at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce mayoral debate. Throughout the entire debate it was clear that Mayor Craig was on defense as she tried to explain her failing record.
The question we all need to ask ourselves is whether we, as Queen City residents, are better off today than we were two years ago. The reality is that we are not.
It is imperative for us to have a mayor who recognizes that Manchester is at a crossroads. Crime is spiking, opioid deaths are up, our schools are struggling, and we have a homeless crisis taking over our downtown. We cannot accept this as the new normal.
Manchester needs new leadership and a bold agenda that will tackle these issues head on. I am prepared to take on the problems facing our city and to take the Queen City in a direction that will ensure it shines once again.
