Donald Trump just won't quit, John: That's why I want to explain to you why your gift between my campaign and Catherine's at this particular moment is so important. 

Even after the American people rejected his bigoted rhetoric and extremist policies, he continues to hold massive rallies, including one for my potential opponent right here in Georgia yesterday.

And GOP outside groups are already outspending Catherine. They are pouring more than $1 million into Nevada and Trump is throwing his total endorsement behind Mitch McConnell's handpicked candidate. 

If we lose either one of these seats McConnell will not only regain control of the Senate, but Donald Trump will also likely feel empowered enough to seek reelection in 2024. Losing the Senate could be catastrophic, John, and that's why Catherine and I urgently need your help to protect Nevada, Georgia and our Democratic Senate. We're facing down the most important fundraising deadline of our campaigns so far – and right now we're about to fall short. 

The Republican Senate campaign arm raised a staggering $28 million last quarter – millions they could pour into Georgia or Nevada at any moment. The GOP is doubling down in Nevada and Georgia: So please, will you split a $5 gift between our campaigns now to defend our Senate majority?

Control of the Senate could be decided by only one seat, and CNN just reported that the Senate playing field has tipped toward Republicans – so Catherine and I cannot afford to miss goals like tonight's. We urgently need your help to defend Nevada's and Georgia's must-win seats – or we lose the Senate.

Nothing is more important than protecting the Senate, John. Catherine and I both need to be prepared to fight back against everything they throw at us. But right now we're falling short of our end-of-quarter goals, and the only way we'll close this gap is if you chip in right now.
