[1]Women's March
We need all hands on deck,
John.
We were looking through our records and saw that you haven’t RSVP’d yet to
attend the Washington D.C. rally for abortion justice on October 2.
There’s only 6 days left until thousands of us take to the streets in
Washington D.C. and all 50 states. Our goal is to make this our biggest
day of action yet so we can send an unmistakable message to anti-abortion
extremists that this movement isn't backing down.

There has never been a more crucial time for people to show up in support
of our health care, our rights, and our freedoms.
We’re already seeing evidence of our people-power paying off: Earlier this
week, the U.S. House passed the Women’s Health Protection Act. This was a
critical step toward securing our reproductive freedoms — and it was a
victory made possible by the organizing work all of us have been putting
in these past weeks to make our resistance clear against recent attacks on
abortion access.
But the harsh reality is that we still have a tough road ahead of us to
pass this bill in the Senate and protect our right to an abortion. From
the ultra-conservative leaning Supreme court, to anti-abortion extremists
in Congress — the attacks we’re witnessing on abortion rights are coming
from all directions. There is so much work to be done to defend our rights
under Roe v. Wade.
[ [link removed] ]Will you RSVP for the Washington D.C. rally so that organizers can
share details about what to expect on Saturday? It’s important for us to
collect this information so that we’re prepared to march and keep everyone
safe.
Let’s do this,
Women’s March
P.S. We’re still looking for more volunteers to help us run a powerful,
safe, and accessible march in Washington D.C. If you’re interested in
helping out on one of our volunteer teams (Accessibility, Marshal,
De-escalation, Support, or Wayfinders), [ [link removed] ]please let us know here by
filling out this form! All are welcome and no experience necessary — we'll
have required trainings ahead of Saturday's big day.
