In the heat of the 2020 election cycle, Donald Trump’s handpicked Postmaster General, Louis DeJoy, worked overtime to hobble the mail service.
Millions of Americans experienced significant mail delays in an effort by Trump and DeJoy to sabotage the most important election of our lifetimes. That’s why my friend Gary Peters immediately sprung into action and launched an investigation into Louis DeJoy.
But to this day, Louis DeJoy still heads the USPS.
We need to understand what happened last year and how to make sure it never happens again. The USPS is a critical service for seniors, small businesses, rural communities, and tens of millions of Americans across the country.
