Lee Zeldin may be running for Governor, but that isn't stopping him from trying to hold back vital legislation in the House.

Just yesterday, House Democrats initiated a vote on the Women's Health Protection Act (WHPA). This bill will preserve the right of all Americans to access abortion care nationwide by providing a federal barrier against medically unnecessary bans and restrictions. It's how we help make sure that the Supreme Court doesn't gut Roe v. Wade.

With 2021 being the worst year on record for abortion restrictions, driven by extremist anti-choice legislators in state governments like Texas, American's are called to action to see the WHPA passed.

But not Zeldin, he doesn't care about our constitutionally protected reproductive freedom -- he voted NO yesterday along with every single Republican.

John, we must elect a pro-choice champion to Congress in Lee Zeldin's place.
