John,
It’s September 24, 247 days since Biden took office. And he still hasn’t nominated someone to replace Ajit Pai at the FCC.
Biden has said he wants his FCC to reinstate net neutrality, but he hasn’t done anything to make that actually happen.1
We can’t wait any longer. We need to pull out all the stops and demand Biden finally nominates someone for the FCC who is NOT a shill for Big Telecom. Can you donate now to help get a champ at the FCC and win back net neutrality?

NET NEUTRALITY
Net neutrality—the rules that make sure you can access websites and apps without Internet providers like Comcast & Verizon creating “fast lanes,” censoring content, throttling traffic, and even outright blocking access—is critical for ensuring that everyone is able to access information on the Internet.
Since Ajit Pai rolled back these protections, Internet providers have been able to ignore low-income and rural communities when expanding broadband, they’ve charged bogus fees or forced people to watch ads before getting online, and they’ve put public safety in peril, even throttling Internet for firefighters in the midst of wildfires.2,3,4
Over the last 18 months kids without Internet at home have been forced to sit in fast food parking lots to do their homework.
And without net neutrality, Big Tech giants like Facebook and Amazon can cut deals with Comcast and Verizon, and we'll be stuck with their privacy abuses, censorship, and algorithmic manipulation forever.
We can’t wait anymore. By not appointing an FCC commissioner Biden is allowing these companies to continue dangerous and unjust business practices. We need to go all-out and slam Biden in the press to push him to really take a stand for net neutrality. Chip in to help with this plan.
