If the 74 million people across the country who voted for the former president turn out again next November, our slim House Majority could be completely overwhelmed by the GOP.
And the decline in our democracy that began under Trump will only accelerate. No legislation would be passed. Republican obstructionism unlike anything we’ve ever seen before would dominate Washington. And the table would be set for a second term of Donald Trump in 2024.
If we want to avoid this nightmare future, we need to start supporting candidates in the key tossup races that will determine control of the House, and start right now. So many good swing seat Democrats in California lost in 2020 because we didn't invest early enough, and now the most vulnerable seat in California is represented by my good friend Josh Harder.
