Here’s the good news: our grassroots team stepped up big and our online fundraising has picked up significantly in the last few days.

But here’s the not-so-good news: We’re still around 5,000 contributions short of where we were this time in September.

Here’s the truth. Other candidates in this race are raising tremendous amounts of money.

Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, and Pete Buttigieg all reported having over $20 million in the bank at the start of this month.

And Amy Klobuchar’s campaign says they have already raised $2 million in the days since last week’s debate.

We just can’t afford to fall behind. If we want to elect Kamala, we need to have the resources to compete. That means we have to catch up to our fundraising goal.
