I’ve had the best summer: Going on walks with my mom during Congressional recess, and going to parks with her!! (It’s hard to stay close to her when there are so many people to meet and sniff, though).

But, when I’m not gobbling down treats or chasing bunnies in the yard, I’ve heard mom talking to her campaign team — and I know she’s already a little worried about her next election in 2022. I’ve heard her say the words gerrymandering and vulnerable and voter suppression . I may not know a ton about campaign strategy, but I’m paw-sitive that’s not good!

So, even though I’m the one who’s supposed to get the treats, I wanted to give my mom a special treat for being the best human ever at this FEC deadline... whatever that is. I don’t have anything to give her but kisses, so I need your help. Will you toss me an end-of-quarter donation to help me help my mom, and hopefully stop her worrying? [[link removed]]

I’ve seen how hard my mom has worked in Congress these last three years, and I know that she cares about making change more than anything in the world. It’s ruff work. But, as much as I want her to come home early each night she’s not in DC to snuggle with me, I know that she’s out there advocating for all of you.
