It takes a lot of work to care for rescued farm animals

Help Farm Sanctuary fill the trough with 300,000 meals:

Hard work does pay off!

It takes a lot to fill the animals' troughs-from funding the rising cost of quality feed, to finding fresh produce for tasty, nourishing snacks. Proper meals are crucial to the animals' individualized care, nutrition, health, and happiness. And each of the over 800 animals at Farm Sanctuary have their own personality, their own needs, and their own favorite foods!

But through hard work and your generosity, we can give every animal the care they deserve-including survivors like George Pig, who was left to die at a petting zoo and Milton Steer, who was rescued from slaughter.

Next week is World Farm Animals Day-and Farm Sanctuary's fifth annual Giving Day. To celebrate, we've set the ambitious goal of funding 300,000 meals for rescued farm animals.

But you don't need to wait-you can make your most generous Giving Day contribution now!

The more gifts we receive before Saturday, the better our chances will be of reaching our goal and keeping more animals safe, healthy, and well-fed!

It doesn't take a BIG gift to make a BIG difference. One gift of just $31 provides a month's worth of food for up to four chickens. $34 can provide food for an entire flock of sheep, and $55 will fill the trough for a pig like George.

You have the power to make a real difference for farm animals. Support Farm Sanctuary's community of compassion by making your most generous gift today. Help us fill the trough!
