BREAKING: Ultraconservative-led Supreme Court sets Dec. 1 for arguments in challenge to Roe v. Wade

The Biden administration is taking immediate action to protect reproductive freedoms in the wake of Texas' ultraconservative six-week abortion ban – and it couldn't come sooner. But we still don't know where you stand on the critical issue, John.

TELL US NOW: Should we protect reproductive freedoms?

Overturning Roe v. Wade is exactly what Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell had in mind when they packed the Supreme Court with a 6-3 right-wing majority.

That right-wing majority is allowing Texas to enforce the country's most extreme anti-abortion law – banning all abortions in Texas after six weeks and ending reproductive choice as we know it.

And now they're about to hear arguments on a case that could gut Roe v. Wade – so the stakes couldn't be higher.

The Biden administration is urging the Supreme Court to defend Roe v. Wade – but President Biden needs our help to defend reproductive freedoms. That's why we urgently need to know that you're with us, John. Please, before our poll expires at midnight, take a second to respond:
