Dem AGs are responding after Trump is pushing more states to start sham election “audits.” Learn more here:
Friend – Cyber Ninjas' Arizona election “audit” report just dropped and Trump is already begging for more Republicans to start “audits”, investigate legal votes, and promote the Big Lie:
Last night, indicted Republican Texas AG Ken Paxton announced an election “audit” in the biggest county in the state after Trump demanded that Republicans start one.
And that’s not all – this morning, Trump demanded that extremist Republican Arizona AG Mark Brnovich investigate Arizona’s election “audit” after Cyber Ninjas’ report showed President Biden winning the state by an even wider margin.
The Republican party isn’t just unhinged or anti-democratic – they’re all in for Trump and nothing else, full stop.
Thankfully, as Republicans look to “audit” every state they can, Democratic Attorneys General are fighting back. Take a look at this headline about Pennsylvania's Dem AG Josh Shapiro, friend:
Dem AGs are pro-democracy fighters, and this isn’t their first time standing up for every legally cast ballot. Since 2020, Dem AGs have:
Pushed back on several states attempting to restrict voting rights and challenge vote-by-mail protocols.
Won three separate lawsuits to protect our mail system, when Trump’s Postmaster General Louis DeJoy tried to slow down USPS delivery to stymie mail-in ballots in the midst of a global pandemic.
Were directly involved with ensuring that the election results were fully confirmed and certified in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Michigan.
Just filed legal briefs against Georgia’s restrictive voter disenfranchisement bill.
It’s simple: Republican AGs are going to do everything possible to subvert our democracy, while Democratic AGs are pro-democracy champions fighting for our right to vote, in and out of the courtroom.
Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in the next two years, we need your support – will you chip in today?
