Keeping the Senate in Democratic hands isn't going to be easy. If we lose even a single seat Republicans will be back in charge. And that will mean more attacks on health care and critical programs, more inaction on climate change and more failed policies.

That's why it's so important for Democrats like you and me to defend every single Senate seat. Today I want to tell you about my friend Catherine Cortez Masto, who is running for reelection in Nevada. Will you split a donation between Catherine's campaign and myself?

Catherine has been an incredible champion for working families since she was elected to the Senate in 2016. The first (and so far the only) Latina ever to serve in the Senate, she's worked hard to improve our health care system and achieve comprehensive immigration reform. And she played a critical role in the great policies Democrats have already passed under the Biden presidency, including the American Rescue Plan.

But keeping Catherine in the Senate isn't a sure thing. In 2016 she faced $50 million in GOP spending -- it's likely to be more this time around -- and only won by two percentage points. Now the Republican running against her has been handpicked by GOP leaders.

If Democrats are going to reelect Catherine and keep the Senate majority it's going to take everything we've got. So I'm asking you: Can you split a donation between Catherine and myself today?
