Team,

It’s impossible to ignore what has gone on in Texas over the last few weeks. In addition to passing one of the most restrictive abortion bills in our country, voting rights continue to be under attack. Just weeks ago, the governor signed an extreme voter suppression bill into law, and now other states may do the same.

Texas is leading the way in introducing dangerous legislation, from attacks on women’s bodies to suppressing the voices of the American people. We need to prevent Texas from setting the status quo for our nation. To do that, we must keep those fighting for our values in office.

Jena will continue fighting for Coloradans and speaking out against any and all voter suppression attempts. Keep her at the forefront of this fight by chipping in $25 to her re-election campaign today.

The Texas law bans initiatives that we have implemented in Colorado, which have contributed to increased voter turnout. We know that extending early voting gives voters more flexibility, and that sending every registered voter a ballot in the mail increases access overall. This Texas voter suppression law aims to limit these measures and make it harder for voters to have their voices heard.

Jena has worked hard to increase voter turnout in the Centennial State, and her work led Colorado to have the second highest turnout in the country in the 2020 election. We cannot allow Jena to be replaced by someone who believes in silencing the voices of the American people.

Help Jena keep voter suppression bills out of Colorado and continue building on the progress we’ve made by chipping in $25 to her re-election campaign today.

Thanks,
