Last week, I shared my campaign’s survey with you. I’m so grateful for the hundreds of Montanans who took the time to engage with my campaign in this thoughtful way.

I was moved by your impassioned responses, and wanted to share some of the most common issues discussed by voters:

HOUSING: “A lot of people that I know personally, across the political spectrum, are upset about the housing situation.”

INFRASTRUCTURE: “I believe many of the issues our country faces can be addressed in a strong, comprehensive infrastructure bill. I wholly support Monica and I know she has excellent judgment.”

FAIR ECONOMY: “Raise taxes on the wealthy and corporations to pay for healthcare and education and infrastructure.”

VOTING RIGHTS: “All citizens have a right to vote. The ways to open those doors for voting should note be closed to anyone no matter their color, religion, sexual orientation, or education level.”

PANDEMIC RESPONSE: “Covid-19 should be front and center. To publicize the reality of the situation.”

ENVIRONMENT: “Unlike Republicans, put people and the environment over profits.​​”

These responses paint a clear picture: our Republican representatives in office have failed us time and time again by kowtowing to special interests.
