Your Storm Heaven Intentions Today!
Dear Friend,
I have been in close communications with
Cardinal Burke and his staff and am pleased
to report that His Eminence is
continuing to progress in his recovery following his bout with
the coronavirus. He sends his well wishes to
all of you and joins me in expressing much gratitude for
all the prayers our Rosary
Warriors have offered and continue to offer
for his rapid and complete recovery.
As we approach October 1st, we are
pleased to announce that while Cardinal
Burke is recovering, Archbishop Salvatore J. Cordileone, the
Archbishop of San
Francisco, will once
again celebrate a Traditional Latin Mass and lead the
Holy Rosary on behalf of Operation Storm Heaven and Rosary Warriors
around the globe.
So, please save the date on October
1st which is also “First Friday” to be part of
the Holy Mass and Holy Rosary live from St. Dominic’s Church, 2390

Established in 1873, St. Dominic’s has a rich history and
an architecture that inspired an anonymous Dominican

As always, we will be sending out the link with times and
the recitation of the Most Holy Rosary, in a separate
email.
As part of Operation Storm Heaven, your intentions are added
each month to the Holy Mass and to the Most Holy Rosary prayed for by
all the Rosary Warriors throughout the world on the 1st
of September.
The Month of October is
dedicated to the Rosary, the Church’s most popular and powerful
devotional prayer. Our Lady’s Rosary is a force for goodness and
holiness in our lives, especially when we pray it as a family. Let us
begin our preparation for this month by asking the Blessed Mother to
bring all of our intentions, as well as those that remain in the
depths of our hearts, to her divine Son:
Let’s also include in our prayer
intentions:
- For the plight of Christians who are being persecuted in
Afghanistan as well as for those who still remain trapped in the
country and are waiting to be rescued for fear of their lives.
- For an increase in vocations to the priesthood and religious life,
especially in those areas that are most deprived of the sacraments,
that God may raise up many zealous pastors and caretakers of His holy
people in order to strengthen the Church’s mission of saving
souls.
- That the Blessed Virgin Mary may wrap her mantle of love and
healing around His Eminence, Cardinal Burke, and that he may continue
his complete and rapid recovery.
- That our Mother of Mercy may bring healing and hope to all who are
ill, especially those who are experiencing the effects of the pandemic
and those in hospitals, nursing homes, and rehab centers.
- That a true Eucharistic Revival will nurture an even deeper
understanding of the importance, the beauty, and the mystery of the
Eucharist in our lives.
- For the unity of the Church, that we may all work toward
overcoming differences and uniting our efforts in the common mission
of preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations.
Stay Tuned in the coming days for news of
a special Operation Storm Heaven Event, a Holy Hour of Reparation to
be celebrated live Oct. 13, 2021.
Once again as a Rosary Warrior, I would
like to invite you to present your new or updated intentions and prayer
requests for Operation Storm Heaven before the 1st
of October.
I would like to take advantage of this
opportunity to thank you for being part of Cardinal Burke's Rosary
Crusade Operation Storm Heaven and
for continuing your prayers for his full recovery. I would
also like to encourage you to recite the Holy Rosary every day as Our
Lady requested, if you do not do so already.
Finally, if you
know others who have intentions and would like to submit them, and to
help others join Operation Storm Heaven as we march to
our goal of reaching One Million Rosary Warriors, please forward this
email to your family and friends and ask them to click
here.
Your friend in Christ,
Thomas McKenna
