Hey John, it's Chelsea's Campaign Manager, Deidre.
Just making sure that you saw our team's survey yesterday. We're pulling together the final results from yesterday, but we really want to make sure that we have your response before we share them with Chelsea.
Chelsea believes that democracy works best when people have the power, and that's exactly how we're running this campaign. This survey won't even take a minute to complete, so please make sure you submit your response as soon as possible.

Do you agree that we need a change in Ohio to end corrupt gerrymandering practices and restore the power to draw new district maps back to the people?
Thanks for your help,
Deidre

John,
The Ohio GOP officials ignore state law, federal law, and the will of the voters in order to stack the deck in their favor, and have rolled out legislative districts that are the definition of gerrymandering.
Ohioans believe in having honest districts that encourage more competitive elections, not throwing away their voice to one party's control.
We need new leadership from the top to enforce the laws on the books and fortify them with new measures that demand districts to represent every community in Ohio. That's why Chelsea's creating a plan of action with redistricting reforms that she'll be ready to enact as Ohio's next Secretary of State. She believes that the will of the voters and the voice of the people must be central to the way we draw district lines.
Right now, we're working on a new plan to provide a better roadmap for redistricting that will squash gerrymandering from our state. But the advice she values most right now is yours, John.
Do you agree that we need a change in Ohio to end corrupt gerrymandering practices and restore the power to draw new district maps back to the people?
We'll be reporting back on your answer to Chelsea tonight, so make sure to let us know your thoughts before then!
Thanks for making your voice heard,
Team Chelsea
