and implemented America’s 1st statewide living-wage law as Maryland Labor Secretary.

He fought racism and police brutality as Obama’s head of Civil Rights...

and strengthened healthcare for workers as U.S. Secretary of Labor.

And under Tom's leadership,
Democrats won back the House, Senate, and The White House.

Now, Tom is running for Governor of Maryland to fight for equal opportunity for Marylanders.
