We’re just a few days away from the end of the quarter FEC filing deadline, John, and we’re a little behind where we need to be.

I know you might be thinking, “Lucy it’s not even an election year, why not wait until next year to fundraise?” But the truth is that this deadline is more important than ever.

With Republicans threatening an attempt to gerrymander my District in the next few months and my far-right opponents cozying up to Marjorie Taylor Greene and Donald Trump, my team and I have to show that we’re ready for a fight.

We know that our Newt Gingrich endorsed opponent is going to put up a big number at the deadline, and we have to make sure we don’t fall behind.
