John,

President Biden is once again weaponizing the IRS to target YOU.

Today we're making a big announcement: I'm personally fighting back in Congress.

The IRS Deep State already initially rejected a Christian group's tax-exempt status because, "The bible teachings are typically affiliated with the Republican party and candidates. This disqualifies you from exemption."

It was that blatant. It was in writing. And NO, it wasn't some low-level employee. It was written by the person who has Lois Lerner's old job as the head of the tax-exempt division of the IRS.

The IRS targeting is back. We defeated the IRS targeting of conservatives under the Obama-Biden Administration. And now we're implementing the same successful strategy again, where I first testified before Congress and then we took the IRS to court.

Today, we are announcing that in less than a week, I will testify at a congressional roundtable before Members of the House Ways and Means Committee regarding the IRS targeting of Christians and conservatives.

We've already filed a FOIA lawsuit – ACLJ v. IRS – over this renewed targeting. Now, as I prepare to make the case to Congress, we need YOU.
