Joyce had an incredible morning today at the Chamber of Commerce debate. It was the perfect reminder that she’s the leader we need representing us in City Hall. While her opponent criticized Manchester and distorted Joyce’s record, Joyce was positive and focused on the issues facing our city. We need to keep getting that message out.
