The attacks on women's health keep coming, John. Just a few months ago, 200 members of the GOP wrote a letter expressing their intent to overturn Roe v. Wade, the landmark decision protecting women's freedom to choose. Now, it looks like that might actually happen... Far-right state legislatures in Texas and Mississippi recently passed restrictive laws aimed at overturning Roe v. Wade. A case challenging the Mississippi law is set to be heard by the Supreme Court in December. Two-thirds of Americans support the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision. Democrats in Congress are taking up the Women's Health Protection Act to codify the rights under Roe in law, and we need to stand up and show that we have their back.
