Hey John,
Exactly one week from today is our end-of-quarter fundraising deadline. As I add up our final numbers, I wanted to come to you with an update with all the latest information. While you read on, I hope you will consider chipping in a $3 donation to Danny’s campaign.
WHY IT MATTERS
These end-of-quarter deadlines aren’t just arbitrary, John.
The Federal Election Commission (FEC) mandates that all candidates report their fundraising numbers publicly. That means everyone — including members of the Ohio and National GOP — will see whether or not this campaign has what it takes to win.
WHERE WE ARE
I need to be blunt: We aren’t where I’d like to see our numbers at this time of the month. With just a week out to the final deadline, we’re still 26.1% away from our final $25,000 online fundraising goal.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
While we may have a lot of ground to make up a week out from our deadline, we have something that many of our GOP opponents don’t: a grassroots team of dedicated Democrats like you.
