Mad traveled PA-04 to see Ida’s aftermath up close Some people have lost houses. Some people have lost contents. Sadly, four people, four of my constituents, lost their lives. So what people want is to know that there are people there to help and that there are resources. We fought very hard alongside the governor to make sure we got FEMA authorization for resources and help. Read more on WHYY

Mad is focused on the remaining Americans and Afghan partners who wish to leave Afghanistan. All of our offices are tracking people who are trying to come here so we must not give up on that. We have an assurance from the administration that they have not given up on that. Learn more on 6ABC

Mad recalls the bravery of the officers on January 6. I was staggered to learn that it was Lieutenant Byrd who made that announcement on the floor of the House. For the last 7 months, I have wondered who it was who was trying to save our lives. Watch her MSNBC Interview
