As an organizer myself, I know how personal stories push our leaders and our movement towards a progressive future.

Our stories are our truth. They connect us to one another. They open our eyes, deepen our empathy, and help us find common cause. For those historically excluded or systemically disenfranchised in particular, our stories are something that no one can take away.

I’ve learned that no story is too short or small--because community organizing isn’t complicated. It’s the process of doing outreach to our communities, listening, connecting on shared values and interests, and empowering ourselves through collective action.

Check out the new Community page on our website and share your story to inspire others! Tell us how organizing made you feel and the impact you made...

*Who knows, maybe your story may pop up on our website to inspire others!*☺

Day to day, year to year: We show up to help build durable civic and political infrastructure in places Democrats have gotten used to writing off. Contribute now.
