In 2020, Jessica Cisneros narrowly lost to the worst Democrat in Congress,
Henry Cuellar, by just 2,690 votes.

Jessica is a human rights lawyer and the daughter of Mexican immigrants.
She’s seen her family and community struggle with a lack of access to
affordable healthcare, few job opportunities, and a broken immigration
system that tears families apart.

She’s the perfect candidate to lead this critical border district with the
experience and leadership of a true progressive Democrat who has lived
their struggles and will be their voice in Washington.

Henry Cuellar, instead, is an establishment Democrat who just this week
defended U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents riding horses, using
whips on migrants crossing the border saying “Border Patrol has had those
horse brigades for a while ... What are they supposed to do, just stand
there and let everybody come in?”

We cannot allow a Democrat to remain in Congress who defends whipping
people legally seeking asylum. 2020 proved they if we get started early,
Jessica can beat him.

The reality is Henry Cuellar is a fake Democrat and corporate shill
standing in the way of progress as we work to turn Texas blue.

Henry Cuellar voted with Trump 70% of the time and even voted with
Republicans against DACA and supported legislation to punish ‘sanctuary
cities’ for not allowing ICE to terrorize their communities.

Turning Texas blue doesn't just mean replacing terrible Republicans with
Democrats throughout the state. It also means replacing terrible Democrats
with progressive women and men willing to stand up for their communities.

Jessica advocates for families like her own by protecting the rights of
immigrants and working people and fighting to build an America for all of
us – no matter who we are or where we come from.
