Nottingham City Homes Registered Provider* is seeking private sector landlords with good quality homes to lease for fixed periods of up to 5 years, with agreed monthly returns to landlords guaranteed.
Our Lease offer ? The lease will provide a break clause at the end of year one. ? NCHRP will fully manage your property, placing residents on a temporary basis and visiting the property every two weeks at least. ? NCHRP will cover any void periods, bad debt and Selective Licencing fees. ? NCHRP will provide up to ?500 worth of responsive repairs and gas servicing each year, free of charge. ? NCHRP will indemnify the landlord against damage, returning the property in the same condition as at the commencement of the lease, subject to fair wear and tear.
Our Landlord offer ? Landlords will be provided with a guaranteed monthly rental return in advance, at a rate to be agreed. ? The guaranteed monthly rental return will be slightly lower than the market rent to take account of the guaranteed income, repairs offer and lack of fees that landlords would otherwise be liable for. ? Annual rent increases will be set at the prevailing Consumer Price Index rate.
