John,
It’s official: The Supreme Court is set to hear the Mississippi case that could overturn Roe v. Wade for good on December 1st.
What happened in Texas — and the Supreme Court’s decision not to block an unconstitutional six-week abortion ban — means the days of thinking the Supreme Court will defend the nearly 50 years of precedent set forth in Roe v. Wade are over. We could soon be living in a post-Roe America, and we don’t have a moment to waste. We must take immediate action to codify Roe into law and protect the full range of reproductive care.
With this full-scale attack on abortion and reproductive health care, we badly need a woman physician in the U.S. Senate fighting for those rights. I’m ready to be that advocate for you — but first, we have to win this race. Already, one of my anti-abortion Republican opponents has the full support of Donald Trump’s fundraising machine, so I’m counting on this grassroots team to help us meet our $100,000 end-of-quarter fundraising goal to stay on track to flip this seat blue, defend the Senate majority, and protect reproductive rights.
John, will you chip in $5, 10, or more toward our $100,000 goal? Every single dollar matters in a fight this important.

Texas hasn’t stopped at the six-week ban on most abortions — Texas’ governor just signed a law criminalizing use of abortion-inducing drugs seven weeks into pregnancy, and other states are bound to follow suit.
If we don’t stop them, Republican legislatures across the country will escalate these attacks on reproductive justice until they carry out major restrictions on the full range of reproductive care — including access to birth control, emergency contraception, IUDs and other implants, and in vitro fertilization.
Too much is at stake to let the GOP hold this Senate seat and take back the Senate majority — they would not only be poised to block any efforts to codify Roe, but could bring forward abortion restrictions on the federal level. And if Roe is overturned, they will have the power to take away reproductive rights.
This doctor stands ready to battle back against these outrageous and unprecedented attacks on our ability to do what we want with our own bodies.
Those decisions should be left up to us — not politicians in Texas, Pennsylvania or Washington, D.C.
If you agree, please help me fight back against Republicans’ attacks on abortion by chipping in toward our end-of-quarter goal and keeping us on track to defeat our GOP opponents and flip this seat.
