Friend: The situation at the United States Postal Service just went from bad to worse.

Under the disastrous leadership of Postmaster General Louis DeJoy – a megadonor to President Trump who is also under FBI investigation for violating campaign finance laws – the USPS just announced price increases AND a planned slowdown of mail delivery starting in October. That's lifesaving medication, Social Security checks, critical bills, and more, delivered far too late at far too high a cost.

But instead of solving the problem, The Washington Post is reporting that DeJoy just awarded a company he once helped lead a $120 MILLION contract to "fix" the problem he helped create! 

The USPS has never been anything but essential, and it's clear that DeJoy is unwilling or unable to serve the American people. His actions are directly harming millions of Americans who depend on the USPS.

Luckily, the Senate voted to confirm all three of President Biden's nominees to the Postal Service Board of Governors, and now we have a real possibility to remove DeJoy from office and get the USPS back on track.
