You are invited to Consonant's monthly health clinic! You can get an appointment with a nurse or an acupuncturist.

A nurse check-up will include:

Lifestyle habit checks
Physical examination
Measurement of blood pressure
Blood Sugar Urinalysis
Measurement of weight, hip and waist
Peak flow checks (breathing measurement)
Medical background (checking that digestion, circulatory, respiratory systems are OK and history checks)
Referrals if needed

When? Wednesday 30 October 2019, between 5:30pm – 7:30pm
