We’ll start with the good news -- in 2020, we:

• Held our Democratic House majority
• Elected Democratic President Joe Biden
• Passed the American Rescue Plan to bring relief to Americans affected by the Covid-19 pandemic
• Elected a record number of women and people of color to office

We could’ve done even more with a larger Democratic majority in the House and Senate -- but our slim margins allowed Republicans to block common-sense legislation on measures like protecting the right to vote and investing in a green economy.

And that’s not even the bad news.
