Friend,

When I made the decision to run for Congress, I made a commitment to myself and this community that I wouldn't partake in the same old politics we've grown accustomed to seeing from Washington.

There comes a time when the political back-and-forth needs to take a back seat to meeting the needs of working families in Montana and across the country. In the midst of a global pandemic that has taken hundreds of thousands of lives and left millions unemployed -- I'd say that time is right now.

The race for Montana's new congressional seat is going to be a high-profile affair, friend. And while we expect Washington insiders to try and make this race about "national agendas" or what's trending on the news, I'm staying focused on the people of Montana and keeping our voices front and center.

Our first FEC fundraising deadline hits in just 9 days, and we're aiming to send a strong message that our campaign has the resources and breadth of support to win this race, but we're still short of our $45,000 target in online donations. Can you pitch in $3 to help hit this mark?

When COVID hit, the public health non-profit I founded immediately got to work delivering PPE and aid to rural communities. It was a tough undertaking, and our success depended on building consensus with a variety of groups -- businesses, nonprofits, schools, and tribal governments. When someone had a good idea, we never got bogged down in ideology -- we zeroed-in and delivered.

Call me crazy, but I think Washington could use a little more of that pragmatic, Montana problem-solving. That's a huge reason why I'm running, and it's why I'm asking for your support:

Friend, if you can, help us hit our FEC fundraising goal by chipping in a donation today >> [link removed]
