Did you know this?
The U.S. unemployment rate for those looking for full-time jobs that pay a living wage, but are unable to find one, is a staggering 22.8%.
We’ll say it again — we don’t have a labor shortage. It’s a living wage shortage.
Workers should be paid the value of their work and their time. And it’s a disgrace that 32 million American workers aren’t even making $15 per hour — a wage that in most major cities, isn’t even a livable wage anymore. No wonder millions of workers are refusing to return to jobs that refuse them their basic dignity and rights.
Ro is leading the fight in Congress to increase the minimum wage to at least $15 per hour. If you support the fight for a livable wage, please chip in whatever amount you can afford today to support Ro’s progressive leadership.

All workers deserve to be able to provide for their families without needing a second job or cutting corners on necessities. And it’s wrong that it’s been over 12 years since the federal minimum wage was last raised.
Meanwhile, the average compensation for a CEO has grown 1,322% since 1978. We need to raise the minimum wage to a liveable wage so that workers are brought up, too, not just ultra-rich executives.
It’s not only the right thing to do, it’s the just thing to do.
If you support these frontline workers, if you support their families, if you support this fight for justice, please chip in $3 or whatever you can afford today to support Ro’s leadership on this issue. We can’t afford to lose it.
Thanks for your ongoing support,
