Our democracy is in danger.

For the last several years, a divisive, toxic style of politics has taken root – a scorched-earth authoritarian approach to government that brands any person or system that opposes it as illegitimate – and disposable.

We've built this movement on exactly the opposite idea: that no one is disposable, and our democracy is strongest when we work together to help everyone get what they need.

That's why special interest groups are raising millions of dollars to defeat us. If you can, will you chip in now to make sure we have the resources to stand up to them?

Across the country, we're seeing efforts to attack the truth, invalidate disagreement, and undermine democracy.

We see it in the members of Congress who praise the terrorists who attacked the Capitol on January 6.

We see it in the right-wing legislatures across the country that pass bills to decimate voting rights and bog down elections.

We see it right here in NJ-03; just this summer, Republican primary candidates have compared opponents to "the devil," declared that I am "not one of us," and continued to parrot the destructive Big Lie about the 2020 election.

It's this brand of politics that is tearing our communities and our country apart. I'm standing up for a new brand of leadership, of hope, acceptance, and where debate isn't an argument but a coming together of ideas for a greater common good.

We've seen enough, and we're creating something better.

Since Day One, our campaign has been fighting for an America where the truth matters – even when we don't want to hear it. Where disagreements make us stronger. Where we build community by bringing all people together, not by shutting people out.

And the good news is, it's working. That commitment to democracy – to grassroots organizing and to the people of New Jersey, not shady corporate PACs – is how we won this seat and how we're going to keep serving people with humility and civility.

Let's get the word out. Can you chip in $3 to keep building the movement?
