Hawley is an avid Trump supporter who objected to certifying the 2020 presidential election results. Sherrod even called for Hawley’s resignation for his role in inciting the January 6th insurrection at the Capitol.

But Hawley is Vance’s role model. Vance said Hawley “did the right thing” when it came to the 2020 election.

Vance is telling us everything we need to know about what kind of leader he would be for Ohio. His loyalties lie with Trump and his powerful supporters -- not Ohioans or our values. He’s an elite venture capitalist who has showered praise on Donald Trump and Tucker Carlson and whose campaign is bankrolled by billionaires and powerful corporate interests.
